After you determine the shipping charge, please email me to confirm the amount and availability of item.  I will then provide you with the adjusted price that includes the shipping charge.

After you receive the adjusted price, you are ready to complete the ordering process. You may mail me a check/money order or I can invoice you so that you may use PayPal – Online Secure Credit Card Payment.  For more information about PayPal and our other payment options, see Payment.

You may contact us in advance (within 15 days of purchase) with an explanation for an authorization to return your merchandise. You will receive a prompt exchange or refund.  We recommend that you use insured mail. Please note that you are responsible for the safe return of the merchandise and all the shipping costs.  We cannot accept returns sent c.o.d.  Original shipping charges are not refundable.  If you paid by check or money order, we will issue a refund check. For credit card orders, a credit will appear on your next statement.

We offer several payment options.  You can use the PayPal – Online Secure Credit Card Payment option, or mail a check or money order.  Remit check or money order payments within 30 days from the date of your order, or we will consider your order cancelled.  Please note that orders outside the continental United States require confirmation of the shipping charge before the payment is made.

Here’s a brief explanation of how the PayPal system works.

For online credit card payments, PayPal offers a secure, convenient way to pay for purchases.  As an added protection for users, PayPal does not transmit credit card or bank account numbers to the recipient.  There is no extra cost for using this service.

If you wish to pay by credit card, we will direct you via email to the PayPal – Online Secure Credit Card Payment option.  You will be directed to a secure connection to enter your credit card number and email address.  You are in essence creating a PayPal account for yourself.  You will be able to log into the PayPal web site at any time to review the records of all your purchases and transactions or to use their other services.  It’s a great way to send money to anyone!

If you wish to make a purchase from any of the pages on our web site, email us.  Purchase buttons are located next to the pictures in the Scratch Board Gallery.  You will be directed to enter your credit card, shipping information, and email address.

If PayPal recognizes you as a member based on your email address, they will prompt you to enter your existing PayPal password.  If you have a sufficient PayPal account balance to pay for the item, or you have funded your account with a credit card, then the amount of the purchase will be deducted from your account balance or spending limit.  You will then be returned to this site after you have finished processing your payment.

Once you have submitted this information, you will be sent an email informing you of the details of your purchase. Your PayPal account will be charged with the total amount of the payment.

Remember, when you purchase an item, you are in essence creating a PayPal account. You will be able to log into the service and review the records of all your purchases and transactions, and use their other services.
